We collect your first name, surname, email address and mobile number so we can issue and protect your tickets, contact you about the event, and verify entry at the gate. Address details are optional.

Ticket QR codes contain an opaque, server-issued credential only. No personal information is stored inside a QR code or barcode, and no card data is ever stored by FOBA.

Access to buyer information is restricted by role. Gate scanning staff cannot see financial data, and committee sellers see only the tickets allocated to them. Sensitive administrative actions are logged.
