Information we collect

FOBA collects the information required to manage customer accounts, process orders, issue tickets and provide customer support. This may include your name, email address, mobile number and other information you add to your account.

FOBA does not collect or store card numbers, CVV/CVC codes or other sensitive card credentials. Card information is entered directly into Scotiabank/Fiserv's secure Hosted Payment Page.

FOBA may retain transaction references, order information, payment status and other information required for reconciliation, customer service, refunds and dispute management.

How we use it

To issue and protect your electronic tickets and verify entry at the event.

To confirm payment, provide receipts and answer support requests.

To meet our record-keeping obligations as an event organiser in Trinidad and Tobago.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with our payment provider to process a transaction, and we do not sell your information.

Information may be disclosed where FOBA is required to do so by law.

Your tickets and your data

Ticket codes contain an opaque credential issued by the FOBA ticketing system. No personal information is stored inside a ticket code.
