Refund policy

Tickets are generally non-refundable once issued, except where stated below.

If an event is cancelled by FOBA, paid orders are refunded to the original payment method or by bank transfer for manual payments.

Refund and chargeback requests are reviewed by a FOBA Finance Admin. A refunded ticket is invalidated immediately and will be refused at the gate.

Duplicate payments and mistaken bank transfers should be reported to support with your order number.
