Orders and payment

An order is only complete once successful payment confirmation has been received and verified by FOBA.

A maximum of 10 tickets may be purchased in a single online order.

Customers may purchase in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD), or United States Dollars (USD). The complete price and transaction currency are displayed before the customer is redirected to the secure payment page.

Using your ticket

Each ticket admits one person and is subject to FOBA's ticket validation and entry controls. The first valid use admits the holder; later presentations of the same ticket are refused.

Copying or altering a ticket voids it.

Entry is subject to venue rules and the published dress code. Management reserves the right to refuse entry accordingly.

Transfers

Tickets may be transferred only through the official FOBA Tickets transfer process. The receiving person must have or create a valid FOBA Tickets account before the transfer can be completed. FOBA does not recognise unofficial transfers completed by forwarding, copying or sharing a ticket, QR code or screenshot outside the FOBA Tickets platform.

Resale above face value is not permitted.

Changes to the event

If FOBA changes the date, time or venue of an event, ticket holders will be notified using the contact details on their account.
